You’ll need


>π’°π“ˆπ‘’ π’ͺ𝓇𝑔𝒢𝓃𝒾𝒸 πΌπ“ƒπ‘”π“‡π‘’π’Ήπ’Ύπ‘’π“ƒπ“‰π“ˆ<

β€’ 1.25 lbs Grass Fed Bison

β€’ 1 Small Sweet Onion

β€’ 4 Tbsp Paleo on the go AIP BBQ rub

β€’ 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro

β€’ 2 Tsp Fresh Minced Garlic

β€’ Sea Salt to taste

β€’ 1 Lime, juiced


Preparation

β€’ dice onion, take 1/4 of it & add to Bison

β€’ add seasoning, salt, cilantro & garlic to the bison and onion

β€’ mix well, form into burger patties

β€’ Grill on BBQ or Stovetop to desired temp

β€’ sautΓ© remaining onion with lime juice
